According to a recent Gallup poll, 43% of workers in America ‘telecommute’ – and more would if they could. For some, this means working from home; for others it means working in a co-working space – a cafe-style, shared work environment where people from a range of different companies pay to have access to office and other amenities.

The same Gallup survey found that 37% would switch jobs if they could work offsite.* Moreover, the number of companies offering telework options has tripled, from 20% to 60%, since 1996.**

Solana Torrance is keeping pace with these trends and is incorporating our unique lifestyle amenity: Solana Co-Work. This 2,000 square-foot co-working space – for the exclusive use of Solana Torrance residents - means residents will be able to ‘co-work’ from home. Solana Co-Work’s well-appointed Individual Work Spaces, Private Offices, Conference Room, Secure High-Speed Internet, Business Printers, Teleconference Capabilities, and IT Support are a convenient option to camping out at a coffee shop or working in isolation at home. And of course, Solana Co-Work beats sitting for hours in L.A. traffic commuting.

At Solana, we believe in creating a Live/Work/Play Lifestyle. Just imagine waking up in your apartment, making breakfast in beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and designer details. Your morning commute consists of walking 200 ft to start your day at Solana Co-Work. You grab a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar, pull up a chair and open your laptop. When you're ready for lunch, you and other friendly tenants/coworkers could order Uber Eats or take your pets on a walk. You could even go home, change into your gym clothes, and head to the 2500 square-foot fitness center. At the health club inspired fitness center, you have access to a wide range of top-of-the line equipment. If cardio and weights aren’t your thing, maybe you opt for Pilates, Spin, or Yoga in the OnDemand fitness studio. After your workout, you could shower at home and be ready for an afternoon meeting in the conference room back at Solana Co-Work. By 5 P.M., you walk home, with plenty of time to make dinner and relax.

And the cherry on top -  you never had to look for your car keys.
